“I hereby leave (insert an amount, a percentage of net estate, an asset, or a remainder amount or percentage) to Ivy Tech Foundation, Inc., an Indiana nonprofit corporation with principal offices in Indianapolis, Indiana, for the (insert donative intent—a specific program, endowment, or for the general benefit of a specific campus or region).”
